Life Coaching

Life Coaching is a proactive talking therapy which uses a variety of techniques to assist you in setting and achieving your goals, increasing your motivation and making changes in your life. Life Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to be in the future. It helps you to define on your goals, create options and then plan out the steps you need to follow in order to achieve your goals and live your dreams.

Sessions last for two hours and are charged at £20 per session.
